Ingredients
2.5 Ibs Cleaned Beef Short Ribs
One Bottle of Christie's Korean-Style BBQ Marinade
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Scallions (Optional Addition)
Tight Sealed Container
Pinch Of Salt
1/2 Onion, minced
1/2 Kiwi, chopped
1/2 Korean Pear, chopped
1/2 Apple, chopped
Directions
In a blender, place your onion, kiwi, korean pear, and apple and blend until fully combined.
In a tight seal container mix together the fruit mixture and the bottle of Christie’s Korean BBQ Marinade.
Allow ribs to marinate for at least two hours or longer.
Remove three ribs from marinade and pat dry.
On medium-high heat on a cast iron skillet, sear the ribs as desired.
After searing, add 1/3 cup of the marinade to the skillet, then continue flipping and cooking until marinade boils into glaze.
