At Christie Foods, we stand behind the quality of our products and value our customers' satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our food products, we can only accept returns or exchanges on items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

 

Eligibility: Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery are eligible for return or exchange. All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at info@christiefoods.com or call 781-341-3341. Provide clear photos of the defective or damaged product, along with your order details. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning or exchanging the product.

 

Resolution: Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement product or a refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that are not defective or damaged. This includes items that have been opened, partially consumed, or simply unwanted.
