Savory Grilled Steak Flatbread Recipe w/ Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade

Ingredients:
1 lb flank steak or skirt steak
1/3 cup Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade
2 flatbreads or naan
1 cup arugula or baby spinach
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta (optional)
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Marinate the Steak: Place steak in a resealable bag or dish. Pour Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade over it and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).
Grill the Steak: Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove steak from marinade, grill 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain.
Make the Yogurt Sauce: Stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Optional: add fresh chopped herbs like parsley or dill.
Assemble the Flatbreads: Warm flatbreads and spread with a thin layer of yogurt sauce. Top with arugula, grilled steak slices, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
Serve: Drizzle with more yogurt sauce or a bit of extra Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade (if reserved), and enjoy it warm.
