Savory Grilled Steak Flatbread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak or skirt steak

  • 1/3 cup Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade

  • 2 flatbreads or naan

  • 1 cup arugula or baby spinach

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta (optional)

  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste






Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Steak: Place steak in a resealable bag or dish. Pour Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade over it and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to overnight).

  2. Grill the Steak: Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove steak from marinade, grill 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain.

  3. Make the Yogurt Sauce: Stir together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Optional: add fresh chopped herbs like parsley or dill.

  4. Assemble the Flatbreads: Warm flatbreads and spread with a thin layer of yogurt sauce. Top with arugula, grilled steak slices, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.

  5. Serve: Drizzle with more yogurt sauce or a bit of extra Christie’s Steakhouse Marinade (if reserved), and enjoy it warm.
