Easy Grilled Chicken Pita Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/2 cup Christie’s Greek Lite Dressing (plus extra for drizzling)

  • 4 pita breads or flatbreads

  • 1 cup chopped romaine or mixed greens

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Optional: sliced cucumber, kalamata olives, fresh dill


Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish. Pour Christie’s Greek Lite Dressing over the chicken, turning to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade, grill 5–6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

  3. Assemble the Wraps: Warm the pita breads. Layer with lettuce, chicken slices, red onion, tomatoes, and feta. Add cucumber or olives if using.

  4. Finish & Serve: Drizzle with extra Christie’s Greek Lite Dressing, wrap it up, and serve warm or chilled.
