Easy Grilled Chicken Pita Wraps Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Christie’s Greek Lite Dressing (plus extra for drizzling)
4 pita breads or flatbreads
1 cup chopped romaine or mixed greens
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Optional: sliced cucumber, kalamata olives, fresh dill
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish. Pour Christie’s Greek Lite Dressing over the chicken, turning to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
Grill the Chicken: Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade, grill 5–6 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Assemble the Wraps: Warm the pita breads. Layer with lettuce, chicken slices, red onion, tomatoes, and feta. Add cucumber or olives if using.
Finish & Serve: Drizzle with extra Christie’s Greek Lite Dressing, wrap it up, and serve warm or chilled.
