Olives, roughly chopped | 1/3 c |
Feta Cheese | 2/3 c |
Greek Dressing | 1/2 C |
Instructions
1) Fill a medium sized sauce pot halfway with water and a tablespoon of salt, then place it over a medium-high flame until your water comes to a boil.
2) Once your water is at a boil, add in your noodles and allow them to cook until they are al dente, approximately 5-8 minutes depending on your noodles.
3) While your noodles are cooking, wash your vegetables and then cut them to your desired size.
4) When your noodles are al dente, strain the hot water out and place them in an ice bath to allow the cooking process to stop.
5) In a large mixing bowl, combine your pasta, cucumber, red pepper, red onion, olives, and feta.
6) Pour in 1/2 a cup of your Christie's Original Greek Dressing and combine the ingredients thoroughly.
7) Serve in a large bowl.
