Bloody Mary Seafood Salad



BLOODY MARY SEAFOOD SALAD

Perfect appetizer for a summer brunch!


Bay scallops, shrimps, avocado, celery, and spices marinated in our Best Seller, Christie's New England's Best Bold & Spicy Bloody Mary Mix!

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp

Cooking Oil

1 Clove

Garlic, Crushed

30 Small

Scallops

30 Small

Raw Peeled Prawns or 15 Medium

To Taste

Salt & Pepper

1 Cup

Christie's Bold & Spicy Bloody Mary Mix

1/2

Lemon, Juiced

1 Stick

Celery, Diced

1 Small

Avocado, Small Diced

Garnish

Curly Parsley, Optional


METHOD OF PREPARATION


  1. Heat a tbsp of oil in a pan. Add garlic and scallops. Stir fry until scallops are just cooked. Set aside the scallops.

  2. Stir-fry the prawns until they turn pink and done. Season with some salt & pepper. Set aside and let cool completely.

  3. To assemble the salad, divide the seafood into desired serving bowls or glasses. Add celery and avocado into the glasses. Add Christie's Bold and Spicy Bloody Mary Mix just enough to cover the seafood.

  4. Let the salad marinade in the fridge for at least 10 mins or up to 4 hrs.

  5. Garnish with curly parsley and enjoy!


*Tip: If you like it bold & spicy, just like our bloody mary mix, add a dash of chili powder to the shrimps to add an extra kick!
