Savory Baked Carrots Recipe with Christie’s Golden Greek Glaze

Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots or peeled whole carrots
1/3 cup Christie’s Golden Greek Dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional garnish: chopped parsley or thyme
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Toss the Carrots: In a bowl, mix carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast the Carrots: Roast for 20 minutes, then drizzle Christie’s Golden Greek Dressing over the carrots. Toss lightly to coat.
Finish Roasting: Return to the oven for another 10–15 minutes until carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
Serve: Transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm or at room temp—great as a side for Easter or any spring dinner.
